Painting the photo booth
The process was a really hard job. The requirements of the project , the structures should resist for more than 6 month, the security measures of the museums and the big size of the pieces forced us to build a really resistant photobooth.
A skeleton of steel profiles covered with wooden planks was welded. The planks were cut thanks to the digital fabrication offered by FabLab de Barcelona allowing us to have a perfect finish. We installed small doors for accessing to the main system and we painted in thin layers using an aerograph. Everything was carried to the museum and the informatives panels were sticked.
We spend almost three week of crazy work but we ended really proud of ourselves and with the hardest and resistant photo booth ever.
